TITLE: Ouenka is a type of song that encourages you to work hard. In the Music Care segment of the show, Takeuchi-san was trying to create a happy image song with the help of her fellow seiyuus and Aniplex listeners. She didn't want to do an Enka song (traditional Japanese ballad) and it was suggested that they do an ouenka. As Takeuchi-san said, "this is an ouenka that encourages people to work hard. Fight! Fight!" Classic motto of Naruto XD They eventually released the Oh! Enka! single, and Annie thinks it is a fitting title for this fanlisting.
